SET-UP

Overview: Cornerstone offers warehouse solutions including the  set-up of green or brown field warehouses and optimisation of existing facilities. Our area of expertise lies in regulatory set-ups including but not limited to the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA). The high level process includes design of the facility, draft budget formulation, tender management, detail budget management and project management off all suppliers against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

During the tender management phase, Cornerstone assessments are run on all warehouse components to ensure all criteria required are met. 

Commercials: Fixed % tender management fee; Fixed % project management fee. Amount fixed on draft budget signed-off. No professional fees on CAPEX expenditure.
