A unique set of criteria is selected per warehouse set-up component and the RFPs and RFQs are designed client and opportunity specific to meet this set of requirements.

Once all submissions were received, the results are summarised and rated against a predetermined scorecard and presented in a Cornerstone Recommendation document to the client. 

These documents are used for internal  auditing purposes.

Cornerstone provides weekly project meetings, project plan updates, snapshots of risks, decisions, actions and client specific responsibilities and performs detail budget management and progress payment validation.
