Cornerstone Corporate Agility (CA) specialise in building high performance - and client centric cultures.  We also design and implement organisational strategies based on internal and external research to ensure you deploy your resources resulting in the highest Return on Investment (ROI). Once the strategy is presented, we project manage the implementation and provide KPI measurement support to ensure return on investment from the work performed by Cornerstone CA.

Cornerstone Inventory (I) is the Africa partner for Streamline, a desktop application for demand forecasting and inventory replenishment planning. The robust time-series decomposition approach employed allows us to create a highly accurate statistical forecast that provides a solid basis for further demand planning processes. Streamline effectively incorporates modern planning technologies and strategies with inventory optimization tools and provides crucial and timely information for decision-making.
